Terms and Conditions

SESSIONS FEES

The session fee covers the photographers time only and does not include any images or products. This payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable except in the event the photographer (Ceri Fletcher) cancels the booking. The Client may cancel at any time, but this will forfeit the session fee amount paid. If you or your children are sick, please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your session. At the discretion of the photographer, Ceri Fletcher, one sickness postponement may be allowed but any further cancellations will once again result in forfeit of the session fee. If 24 hours’ notice is not given or the client is a no show, there will be a rebooking fee charged.

PRICE OF PRODUCTS

The session fees do not include any images or products. When booking a photography session with Ceri Fletcher Photography please ensure you have read the full price list. It is presumed that every Client has read the price list.

FULFILMENT OF OBLIGATIONS

There is no guarantee that any particular number of images will be produced. Images will be available for your online view within 2-4 weeks. All orders are due at this time. The photographer, Ceri Fletcher, will aim to select 10–15 images for your online gallery presentation. Ceri Fletcher is not obligated to provide the client with any further images than those presented. Ceri Fletcher is not obligated to provide the client with any images that are not already presented to them.

The Client is responsible for viewing and ordering images online within 3 weeks of the images being ready for viewing. Any orders made will require full payment at the time of order. All orders are final and cannot be changed or refunded for any reason.

VIEW AND ORDER SESSION

The photographer, Ceri Fletcher, will edit the images fully before presenting to the Client. Additional edits may be carried out at the discretion of Ceri Fletcher and he reserves the right to charge the Client for any additional editing time required.

ARTISTIC INPUT

Ceri Fletcher Photography shall not be liable to the Client for any failure, in whole or in part, to fulfil his obligations where failure arises as a result of an event or circumstances beyond his control, which may include (but are not limited to) equipment failure, inclement weather, illness or injury. Any special requests made are not binding instructions, but every effort will be made to capture the Client’s wishes. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of the contract by Ceri Fletcher liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

Copyright is retained by Ceri Fletcher Photography at all times throughout the world. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior consent of Ceri Fletcher. The Client may not alter, add to or manipulate a picture by any means or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another picture without Ceri Fletcher ’s written permission. Permission to reproduce a picture for personal use (not commercial) is granted to the Client by Ceri Fletcher only when digital images are purchased and paid in full by the Client to Ceri Fletcher.

USE OF PICTURES

Ceri Fletcher retains the right in all cases to use any pictures for the purposes of displays, advertising, portfolio, publication or promotion, of his work.

RECEIPT OF PORTRAITS, WALL ART OR PRODUCTS

All orders are presumed to have been received in good condition unless the Client notifies Ceri Fletcher in writing of any issues or error within 14 days of receiving the products.

COOLING OFF PERIOD

All prints, books, albums, frames, etc. are non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of the products. Orders are made to the Client’s personal specification, (i.e. image number, print size, frame style, etc.), the Client does not have the right to a cooling off period. By placing an order with Ceri Fletcher, you are committing to buy the ordered products.

RETURNS POLICY

Incorrectly supplied items and items of poor quality can be returned and will be replaced at no extra charge to the Client. Returns will not be considered for incorrectly ordered items or items ordered in error.

DELETED IMAGES

All non-purchased images are deleted 3 months after your view and order session.

*Please note cameras, mobile phone cameras and camcorders are NOT permitted during any session, in studio or on location without express permission from Ceri Fletcher. Ceri Fletcher shall be entitled to use his judgement regarding the style and artistic input in the production of pictures. This includes but is not limited to poses, props and number of images taken. Due to the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the client’s full expectations. In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Ceri Fletcher may not be able to capture any, or all the images the Client may have requested or expected. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions.
